Cibeles Insurance Corporation (ORG) is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) for the Mobile App.
The ORG respects and values your privacy and rights as a data subject under R.A. 10173 or otherwise known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The ORG is committed to ensuring that the information you share in connection with the use of the Mobile App and its related services is secured, kept private, and will be used fairly as permitted by law. Reasonable and appropriate security measures are implemented to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal data.
Information Collected
The Mobile App may collect some or all the following data from you when you register:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Profile Picture
The personal information collected above will be used primarily as your Mobile App profile and to allow you to access or get back into the Mobile App.
Information about the user’s mobile device such as, but not limited to, equipment identifier (e.g., MAC address), device name, mobile phone number, device type and manufacturer, operating system type and version, wireless carrier/operator, network type, country of origin, Internet Protocol address, and the dates, times and location when the user makes requests or sends reports may be collected, processed, or stored.
The ORG may collect additional personal information from you during your use of the Mobile App. A separate consent request may be provided for this purpose.
Information collected may be shared with 3rd party partners and providers for monitoring and execution of certain services.
Data Retention and User Rights
Collected information will be retained for as long as you are registered as a user of the Mobile App. At this time, there is no way to determine if you have uninstalled the app, or to recognize if you wish to discontinue using the services without your expressed information to the ORG. You may contact the ORG directly through the Contact Us details below to request for your personal data (as part of data portability), to remove your personal data, and to correct inaccurate, erroneous, or incorrectly processed information.
Anonymized Information
For purposes of research, analytics, generating statistical information and security reports, and other services, data may be extracted from the information collected by the Mobile App in the course of your use. All data extracted for this purpose will be fully anonymized and in no way be reversible to identify the user through any personally identifiable information. Such fully anonymized information may be retained, used, and shared with third parties.
Changes to this Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice is in effect and will remain in effect unless otherwise modified by the ORG. Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be communicated to you by the ORG via the Mobile App. Moreover, should such modification significantly affect your personal information and its processing, the ORG shall directly notify you using any of the contact information you have provided.
